These Terms of Business govern the supply of services by Tracenet Legal Services, a trading name of Tracenet Group Limited, company number 10062268, registered at Elson Geaves, Forest View Road, Ferndown, Dorset, BH22 9PH ("we", "us", "Tracenet"), to the organisation instructing us ("you", "the Client").
We provide services to businesses and organisations, including solicitors, debt recovery firms, local authorities, housing providers, financial institutions and other companies. We do not provide services to private individuals acting in a personal capacity. By instructing us you confirm you are instructing us in the course of a business or professional practice, and that you have a lawful purpose for the work.
An instruction may be given through our website, by email, or through a client portal link we issue to you. No contract arises until we confirm acceptance of the instruction. We may decline any instruction, and we will tell you promptly if we do. Where a quotation has been issued, it is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and is based on the information you gave us at the time.
